Owner and founder Larry Curfiss served as Vice President and Director of Business Development for ITT Night Vision from 2000-2007 where he:
 

• Developed and implemented strategic global marketing and sales direction leading to the tripling of revenues.

• Successfully led capture teams for major US and international military opportunities growing order backlog to approximately 2 years of annual revenue.

• Developed and implemented policies and procedures for Marketing and Sales and Program Management departments to operate regularly within ITT Code of Conduct and ITT Corporate Compliance guidance.
   

Previously, he served as Vice President and Director of Commercial Products for ITT Night Vision from 1996-2000. He successfully created a viable and profitable commercial night vision business segment with revenues of over $30M annually from a traditional defense business company; was responsible for all Engineering, Operations and
Marketing and Sales aspects of the commercial unit; and created a successful sales distribution channel for ITT Night Vision commercial products and services for both domestic and international markets.
Curfiss also served ITT as Vice President and Director of Materials, Director of Manufacturing as well as supervision responsibilities with Wolverine Gasket Company, Federal Mogul and Firestore Tire and Rubber Company dating back to 1976.
